Description
Thickener SL 6103 is a very stable waterborne emulsion of a light molecular weight acrylic polymer.
Appearance: milky white liquid.
Application
It is used as a thickening agent in waterborne emulsion of natural and/or synthetic latex. It can be used at concentrations up to 6% and it has to be neutralized. It can increase the viscosity of the emulsion to the desired level.
Note: viscosity increases with the pH reaching its maximum when the acid is completely neutralized.
Viscosity increases in 24-48 hours, depending also upon temperature.

Packaging
The product is supplied in plastic tanks (10 kg); plastic drums (50 kg); iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Thickener SL 6013 must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
