Description
PRIMER MC-K is a water based emulsion based on synthetic polymers and inorganic fillers. It is designed for coating on paper, before the application of special acrylic adhesives, for ultraremovable/repositionable p.s. label the production of pressure sensitive adhesive labels.
Application
PRIMER MC-K produces a very good adhesion between the impregnated paper and the microspheric acrylic adhesive mass.

Handling
Product must be well stirred before use. It can be applied by Meyer-bar, knife-coating, reverse-roll, etc., adjusting the quantity applied by simple dilution with demineralized water.
Suggested coating quantity depends very much on type of substrates and varies from 4 to 5 g dry/sqm.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (180 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Product must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
